We ship worldwide. Delivery timeframes, available shipping methods, and applicable fees may vary depending on your location. By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping address is accurate and that you are authorized to receive shipments at that address.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

High-Demand Periods: During promotions, sales events, or peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will communicate any significant delays where possible.

4. SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Expedited Shipping

5. SHIPPING COSTS

Applicable shipping fees are calculated based on your selected shipping method, order weight, and delivery destination. All costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except in cases where we are responsible for an error in fulfillment.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to populate with the carrier.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order. Refusal to pay applicable customs duties does not entitle you to a refund of the original purchase price or shipping fees.

7.2 Customs Delays

International orders may experience delays due to customs inspection. These delays are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation of an order that has already shipped.

7.3 Restricted Destinations

We reserve the right to restrict or decline shipments to certain countries or regions due to legal, logistical, or carrier restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Revivia is not responsible for delayed, misdelivered, or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you may request a reship (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund of the product cost, excluding original shipping fees. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details on undeliverable shipments.

9. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines as one-time purchases. Subscription shipments are dispatched automatically at your selected billing interval. You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at support@getrevivia.com, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

10. DAMAGED DELIVERIES

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@getrevivia.com. Where possible, include photographs of the damaged packaging and product so we can resolve the issue promptly. 11. LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@getrevivia.com as soon as possible. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Investigation timelines vary by carrier but typically take 5–10 business days to resolve.

Please also check with neighbors, building management, and your local post office before contacting us, as carriers sometimes leave packages in alternative locations.

Revivia is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is secure and accurate.

12. CARRIER DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timeframes stated in this policy, Revivia is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier capacity issues, extreme weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, customs holds, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will do our best to provide updated delivery information as it becomes available.
