1. OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Revivia, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all first-time purchases, no questions asked.
If you are not completely satisfied with your first purchase of any Revivia product, contact us within 90Β days of your confirmed delivery date and we will issue you a full refund of the product purchase price.
Key conditions:
- Applies to first-time purchases of a specific product only.
- Limited to one (1) refund per product type, per customer.
- Shipping, handling, and any optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
- The 90-day window begins on theΒ confirmed delivery date, not the order date.
- Requests submitted after the 30-day window has closed will not be approved. No exceptions.
2. STANDARD RETURN & REFUND POLICY
2.1 Eligibility
To be eligible for a standard refund, all of the following must apply:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 90Β days of your confirmed delivery date.
- The item must be unopened and with the original seal completely intact, unless the return falls under our Satisfaction Guarantee (Section 1) or a damage/defect claim (Section 5).
- You must obtain a prepaid return shipping label from us before sending any product back. Items returned without prior authorization and a label issued by us may not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.
2.2 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us by the following method:
We do not process return requests by phone call or voicemail.
Once your request is received and approved, we will email you aΒ shipping label within 24β48 hours. Place the item(s) in a box or mailer and ship using the label provided.
Important: You must use the return label issued by us to ensure delivery to the correct warehouse. Items shipped to an incorrect address due to the customer's failure to request our label are not our responsibility to refund or reship.
2.3 Processing Your Refund
- Refunds are initiated once your returned package has been received and inspected at our warehouse, typically within 1β2 business days of receipt.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Once processed, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Returned products will be fully inspected. Items that arrive opened, damaged, or with a broken seal (except where damage was present at delivery) are not eligible for a refund.
3. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
3.1 Auto-Renewal Disclosure
Revivia offers products on a recurring subscription ("autoship") basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Revivia to charge your payment method automatically at the selected billing interval (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days) until you cancel.
By submitting your initial subscription order, you expressly agree to these auto-renewal terms.
3.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, you must cancel before the last day of your current billing period.

All cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer retroactive refunds for subscription renewals that have already been processed where the customer failed to cancel prior to the renewal date.
3.3 Subscription Refund Eligibility
- Subscription renewal orders are not eligible for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee described in Section 1.
- Refunds on subscription renewal orders are available only for unopened items returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in Section 2.
- Return shipping on subscription renewal orders is the customer's responsibility.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.4 Billing Accuracy
You are responsible for maintaining accurate, current billing information on your account. Notify us immediately of any changes to your payment method. We are not responsible for failed charges resulting from outdated payment information.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- If you need to cancel an order you have just placed, contact us as soon as possible at support@getrevivia.com.
- We will make every effort to stop the order before it ships; however, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted for fulfillment.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
- A $2.00 restocking/administrative fee may apply to cancelled orders that have been processed but not yet shipped.
5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@getrevivia.com with your order number and photos of the issue where possible.
- You will not be required to return damaged or defective items in most cases.
- We will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at your preference.
- If we do require the item to be returned, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
This includes damage such as a broken seal causing product leakage, or any puncture or slash through the packaging that occurred prior to or during delivery.
6. REFUSED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
6.1 Undelivered Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an address issue), you may choose either:
- A full refund for the products ordered (excluding shipping), or
- A reship at no additional shipping cost.
This does not apply to refused packages. See Section 6.2.
6.2 Refused Packages
We strongly encourage you to accept your package even if you have changed your mind, and then contact us to initiate a proper return. Refusing delivery may result in the package being lost in transit.
- If you refuse a package for any reason other than visible external damage, a refund will only be issued if and when the package is returned to our warehouse. Refused shipments that are lost in transit are not eligible for a refund.
- If you refuse because the package has obvious external damage, you will not be charged return shipping. Upon receipt at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund including any shipping paid, or reship at no cost.
- Please contact us immediately if you refuse a shipment so we can monitor the return.
7. DUPLICATE ORDERS
Revivia is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you believe a duplicate order was placed in error, contact us immediately β we will do our best to cancel before shipment, but cannot guarantee this once the order is in processing.
8. POLICY SCOPE & AMENDMENTS
- This policy applies only to orders placed on getrevivia.com.
- Revivia reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be published on our website with the date of last update.
- By completing a purchase on getrevivia.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy in full.
